一、产品特性：
TOP BEST 自动喷锌采用高纯度锌粉（含锌量达92%以上），结合电镀锌及锌涂料的双重优点，以非电镀工艺达到镀锌效果；具有比一般富锌漆更优异的阴极保护能力，从而获得优异的长效防锈蚀性能（防腐期10年以上），轻轻一喷，实现“镀”锌。
1、 Description
TOP BEST Automotive zinc coating is automatic coating way comparing to traditional electric zinc plating, with 92% high pure zinc powder content, it can reach a good and long time (more than 10 yeas) anti-corrosion performance in a easy way.
二、适用范围：
适用于钢结构防腐与锌防护层的加强与修补。广泛应用于各种塔架、钢梁、管道、车体底盘、护栏、空调支架、污水处理等钢铁构件的防腐与保护。
2、 Application area
Repairing of the steel construction, repairing of other fields like tower, steel frames, cars, barriers, support frames of air-conditioners etc.
三、使用方法：
1）表面处理：要求坚硬密实，干燥。
2）上下摇动罐体，使物料充分混合均匀，距被涂物约20cm，来回均匀喷涂。
3）用于修补，喷涂厚度可视破损程度，来回喷涂2-3遍。
4）如一次未喷完，请将罐体倒置，压下喷头约三分钟，清除喷嘴余料以防堵嘴。
5) 理论覆盖率：1m²/支（干膜厚30um）。
3、Usage
(1) Surface must be dry and clean.
(2) Stirring the can for about 2 minutes when you hearing the ringing inside the can, and then start coating at a distance of 20cm from objects.
(3) Adjust speed according to situation.
(4) Put the can upside-down, and press the button for about 3 minutes to make sure good function next operation.
(5) One tube can cover 1 square meter (coating thickness:30um).
四、包装规格：400ml*12支/箱。

五、注意事项：
1）请保持施工场所通风干燥，不要在雨雾天气及低于5℃的环境下施工。
2）喷涂时必须保持气雾罐正立且与水平夹角不小于45度，以防止空喷。

(1) Keep surface clean and dry, don’t operating during fog or temperature below 5℃.
(2) Operating at the angle above 45℃.
