产品说明： 性质：白色结晶性粉末。无臭无味，
其钠盐溶于水。
标准：中国药典2005版按无水物计算，含C8H11N5O3
得少于98.0％；溶液的澄清度与颜色应符合规定；有关
物质应符合规定；鸟嘌呤应符合规定；干燥失重不得过6.0％；
炽灼残渣不得过0.1％?；含重金属不得过0.001％。
制法：减压蒸去过量的乙酐，冷至0℃过滤，滤饼用乙醇和水洗，
干燥，得N，N′-二乙酰鸟嘌呤。或者鸟嘌呤三甲基硅烷化后，
再和2苄氧基乙氧基甲基氯反应后，再去掉苄基得阿昔洛韦。
将乙酐、乙酸和对甲苯磺酸混合，冷至1O℃以下。鸟嘌呤和乙酐混合，
加入少量乙酸和乙酸锌，搅拌回流。滤饼用氯仿洗涤，干燥后溶于40％
甲胺水溶液，搅拌回流。加入氯仿，过滤。冷却，过滤，滤液减压浓缩
至浆状物，冷却后用乙醇洗，过滤。滤饼用水重结晶，得阿昔洛韦。 　
以鸟嘌呤为原料。
用途：该品是嘌呤核苷衍生物，对DNA的合成有抑制作用，其抗疱疹病
毒活性比阿糖腺苷强160倍。临床用于单纯性疱疹病毒脑炎、疱疹病毒
角膜炎及外生殖器感染、艾滋病的水痘带状疱疹病毒感染和巨细胞病毒
感染，慢性乙型肝炎等。
